Slateli Support

Slateli is a family organizer app for calendars, chores, groceries, and more — shared with your household through Family Circle.

Getting Started

• Add family members: go to the Profiles tab to add profiles for each person in your household.
• Create or join a Family Circle: invite family members from Profiles → Family Circle. They'll get an invite to accept before joining, so a family isn't created until someone actually accepts.
• Everything is yours: nothing is pre-loaded — your calendar, chores, and profiles start empty and build up as you add to them.

Scan a Note & Voice Command (Slateli Plus)

• Scan a Note: take or choose a photo of a handwritten or typed note. Slateli uses on-device text recognition to read the text, then helps turn it into the appropriate calendar event or chore for you to review before saving.
• Voice Command: tap the mic icon (available from any tab) and speak naturally, such as “Doctor's appointment Friday at 3 PM” or “Take out the trash tonight.” Slateli creates a task, chore, or calendar preview for you to review before saving.
• Both features are part of Slateli Plus. Family Circle for up to 2 people is always free, while Plus expands Family Circle to up to 8 family members.

Subscription (Slateli Plus)

• Slateli Plus is $3.99/month and unlocks Family Circle for up to 8 family members, Scan a Note, and Voice Command.
• Manage or cancel: go to your iPhone's Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Slateli.
• Restore a purchase (e.g. on a new device): open the paywall in the app and tap "Restore Purchases."
• Have a code? Tap "Have a Code?" on the paywall to redeem an offer code.

Notifications

Slateli sends notifications when something changes in your Family Circle — a chore is added, an event is coming up, or someone joins. You'll need to allow notifications when prompted for these to work. You can manage this anytime in iPhone Settings → Notifications → Slateli.

Managing Your Account

• Delete your account: go to the Profiles tab, tap the Family Circle pill at the top, then Account Settings → Delete Account, and confirm. This is permanent.
• Leave a Family Circle: Profiles tab → tap the Family Circle pill → Leave Family. Your data is disconnected from the shared family.
